Lagos govt set to facilitate out-of-court settlement

By ABDULWAHAB ABDULAH & ONOZURE DANIATo ensure  speedy dispensation of justice in Lagos State, the state judiciary will, Monday begin the fourth edition of its Lagos Settlement week to facilitate an out-of Court settlement of some cases pending before various courts within the State judiciary. Carrying out its activity through the Lagos State Multi-Door CourtHouse, an Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR, initiative, the efforts apart from enhancing judicial system, according to the judiciary will ensure quicker and cheap dispensation of justice.
