Namibia: Swallows Fc Excels in Youth Leagues

SWALLOWS Football Club from Katutura featured prominently when the Namibia Football Association recently held its prize-giving ceremony for its Under-9 and Under-11 league competitions, which were held for the first time this year. Swallows came third in the Under-9 league behind the winners Ramblers and second-placed SKW, while they won the Under-11 league ahead of Ramblers A and Ramblers B. It was especially their Under-11 team that caught the attention with some great displays as they went through the league season unbeaten.
