Adeyinka Adebayo now Asiwaju Yoruba

BY GBENGA ARIYIBI ADO-EKITI – Yoruba  Council of Elders, YCE, has conceded the controversial title of Asiwaju (leader) of Yoruba to  the former Military governor of defunct Western Region, Major- General Adeyinka Adebayo (rtd). Since the demise of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, who was the  holder of the title, a lot of interests have evolved in the region on who occupies the coveted title
