Voting has officially closed in Ghana's 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections and counting is underway at polling centres that have not encountered any technical challenges.Voting, according to Ghana's electoral laws, closes at 1700hrs GMT but voters in a queue at the close of the polls are allowed to cast their ballot.Inefficient verification equipment and delayed arrival of electoral materials have delayed the start of voting in many polling centres who are still voting. But some polling centres have started tallying votes.
