Akufo-Addo’s Free SHS Is A 419! Part I

His problem goes beyond sheer problems of a lack of personal organization, nepotism, arrogance, tribal warlord, into what is nothing an orchestrated attempt to win power “at all cost”, but which, as usual betrays the poor level of intellectual capacity and commitment that has gone into the matter.
